Consider this next time your journaling ☝🏽
I was recently on a call with my life coach who asked me a seemingly simple question, how are you feeling? But what came next changed everything for me…. He followed it with, how are you feeling mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually? And suddenly I felt a shift, I’d never considered breaking it down like this before, but when you look at each one of those pillars as separate entities you can start to understand exactly HOW you’re feeling.

I love this. I have heard it a slightly different way.
It goes like this, “Aside from the story you are currently telling yourself and whatever else it is you’re thinking right now, how are you feeling?”
I think the reason I like this so much is because it takes us out of our head and into our bodies. Listening to our bodies and what our bodies are telling us, what our feelings are telling us is so powerful.
